When an institution submits a partnership inquiry, we collect the institution name, contact person, email address, institutional scope, and the details provided in the inquiry message.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To review and process attachment applications and partnership inquiries.
• To communicate with you about the status of your application, including through the reference code lookup on our Applicant Status Tracker.
• To coordinate scheduling and placement with the relevant SPMH department.
• To maintain institutional records as required for accreditation and audit purposes.

3. How We Store Your Information

Application and inquiry data submitted through this section is stored in a secured database and is accessible only to authorized SPMH HR and Administration staff. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Your Reference Code

The reference code generated upon submission is the primary way you can check your application status without creating an account. Treat it as you would any personal identifier — avoid sharing it publicly, since anyone with the code can view the associated application status.

5. Data Retention

We retain application and inquiry records for as long as necessary to support the attachment or partnership relationship, and thereafter as required for institutional record-keeping and regulatory compliance.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by contacting our Human Resources Directorate using the details below.
